At mackhdmusic.com, every item is made to order just for you. Because our products are fulfilled through on-demand services (Printful for apparel/accessories and Kunaki for CDs, vinyl, and cassettes), we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or general dissatisfaction.

However, we’re committed to making things right if your item arrives damaged or defective.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the case of:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Misprinted apparel

  • Incorrect items received

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size or color selected

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Delays due to shipping carriers

Please refer to sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement:

  • Include your order number

  • Attach clear photos of the item(s) and the issue

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Return Shipping

Returns are not accepted unless authorized by our team for damaged or incorrect items. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions — please do not send items back to the address on the package.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • First, check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Then contact us so we can assist further
