Welcome to mackhdmusic.com, the official merch store for Mack H.D. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

mackhdmusic.com offers merchandise including apparel, accessories, CDs, vinyl, and cassettes, all made to order through third-party print-on-demand services (Printful and Kunaki). All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

2. Print-On-Demand Fulfillment

Apparel & Accessories

All apparel and accessories are printed and shipped via Printful, a third-party fulfillment partner. Items are produced upon order and typically ship within 5–7 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location.

CDs, Vinyl, & Cassettes

Physical music products (CDs, vinyl, and cassette tapes) are produced via Kunaki. These are also made to order and ship directly from Kunaki’s fulfillment center.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders begin processing immediately after checkout and cannot be modified or canceled once in production.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather-related issues.

  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

4. Returns & Refunds

Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a defect or damage:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at [Insert Support Email].

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing (please consult the size chart before ordering).

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, designs, music, and artwork, is the property of Mack H.D and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without explicit permission.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments are securely processed at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other available payment methods shown at checkout.

8. Limitation of Liability

mackhdmusic.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of merchandise.
